Who We Are
The accounting firm Baiadsy Mahajna Abu Mokh, BMA, was founded in 2019 by Younis Baiadsy, Mahmoud Mahajna and Jameel Abu Mokh, accountants and consultants with over ten years of experience in accounting, economics, law and business, of which they have acquired within their work in the most leading accounting, law and consulting firms in Israel.
BMA provides professional services and accompanies its clients in the daily life of their businesses and investments.

Younis Baiadsy
CPA (Adv.) | Founding Partner
Younis is a CPA and an advocate. Prior to establishing BMA together with his partners, Younis completed a dedicated and intensive decade of extensive work in the most leading accounting and law firms in Israel.
Younis was an attorney in the tax department of Zemah Schneider & Partners, and before an attorney in the tax department of Zellermayer, Pelossof, Rosovsky, Tsafrir, Toledano & Co. In earlier years, Yonis worked at Gai, Goffer, Yahav, Guilman, Odem & Co., a member of HLB International, a global network of accounting firms.
Younis holds LL.B. and B.A. degrees of Law and Accounting from Tel Aviv University.
In addition, Younis is a member of both the Accountants Council and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants and an active member of the Israeli Bar.

Mahmoud Mahajna
CPA (Economist) | Founding Partner
Mahmoud is a CPA and economist. Prior to establishing BMA together with his partners, Mahmoud was a partner at Mahajna et Abu Mokh CPAs. Before that Mahmoud was a CPA at one of the leading CPA offices in the northern district, where he gained wide and rich experience in the fields of his practice.
During his years of work as a CPA, Mahmoud was involved in the preparation and auditing of financial statements for private companies and other subsidiaries of public companies. In addition, Mahmoud accompanied nonprofit organizations and was in charge of the management of customers portfolios.
Mahmoud has extensive and comprehensive knowledge in the field of individual taxation, labor law and payroll accounting.
Mahmoud holds a B.A. degree in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University.
In addition, Mahmoud is a member of both the Accountants Council and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Jameel Abu Mokh
CPA (LL.B.) | Founding Partner
Jameel is a CPA and jurist. Prior to establishing BMA together with his partners, he was a partner at Mahajna et Abu Mokh CPAs.
Jameel has extensive experience that he gained during his long years working as a CPA in the most leading accounting firms in Israel. Jameel was Manager at Ernst & Young Tel Aviv, in which he led an auditing team consisted of CPAs in the auditing of real estate public companies. In earlier years, Jameel worked at Deloitte Tel Aviv as a CPA auditor for real estate, credit and consulting public companies.
Jameel completed an internship in law at Goldfarb Seligman & Co. Law Offices, Tel Aviv, one of the leading law firms in Israel, where he specialized in taxation, as well in legal consumer claims, import, and export law.
Jameel holds LL.B. and B.A. degrees of Law and Accounting from Tel Aviv University.
In addition, Jameel is a member of both the Accountants Council and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
